In the midst of a thunder storm,i'm writing this post... Of course,i don't mean i'm out in the rain. I'm in my house and there is a thunder storm at the moment. I think it ain't gonna stop tonight. Oh well,not my problem anyway...
Thunder storms - a destructive force of the nature(though not as destructive as a tornado).
Hmm...i wonder why people call it a 'thunder storm' when there's also lightning.....
From what i know(though not sure if it's correct or not),lightning is just a flash of light that's produced when there's too much friction in the air during a storm. And thunder is the sound produced from that friction.
I find that us Man's anger is just like thunder storm. Thunder storms can last for a long period of time, unlike normal afternoon showers, which normally lasts just a while. If a thunder storm never stops and rain keeps pouring, it could mean the end of all things.
I bet most of you would have heard of the story 'Noah's Ark'.....
God wanted to punish the people for committing sins,so He decided to make it rain for 40 days and 40 nights. Before He proceeded with the punishment, He commanded his worshiper, Noah, to build an ark to house his family and a couple of every species of animals.
Noah then followed God's command, built an ark, housed his family onto the boat, and rounded up a couple of every species of animals. Then, the rain started. For 40 days and 40 nights,it rained non-stop. And by the end of it, all of earth was flooded. No land could be seen.
Finally, one day, Noah sent a pigeon to look for land. The pigeon went, but did not return for some time. When it finally returned, it had something in it's mouth...it was a branch. Noah and his family was over-joyed! They quickly went in search for that piece of land. They found the land, they grounded the ark, and let the animals unboard. Thus life began anew...

So, as i was saying, thunder storms are just like Man's anger... If Man can let go his anger, just like a thunder storm eventually stopping, all would be well. But if Man keeps anger and hatred, and not let it out, all could turn out to be disastrous, just like the never-ending thunder storm.
