I went to a friend's related-somebody's funeral yesterday after the competition. It's been a rather long time since i went to any funerals. But still, traditions remain unchanged.
Since i graduated from secondary school, i seem to be experiencing more and more of the so-called "different aspects" of our society and the world.
The kindness; the cruelty; the sadness; etc....
Though the person who went to heaven was a close kin of my friend, but i never saw my friend shed a tear. We could even play cards and mahjong together.
I had a secondary school friend who had the same...fate. Same matter, same attitude. My secondary school friend, whose father died, never shed tears too.
It's not easy to put on a brave front when you lose someone that you have a close relationship with, but my two friends did it.
I always wonder, are people's moods and emotions being moulded as we grow up?
Most probably, i guess...
Seriously, i don't even know if i can be like them when the same thing happens to me...
