Well, it's time again for me to blog after more than a week's worth of life wasted away.
Let's see....
I've got 2 job offers over the past week, and i went for both. One offer was by a net friend-cum-schoolmate. I went, i agreed to join, and i backed out in the end. My parents were the least thrilled that i got the job even though they kept pressuring me to get a part-time job. They never had a good impression of that kind of job. But the good thing, at the very least least, is that i got to know another schoolmate. Though time is considered quite wasted, but it's worth it.
The other job was a really temporary one - just 7 hours. Though i was told it's 7 hours, but the actual work was just like.... altogether about 2 to 3 hours the most. The rest of the time was just spent chatting, eating, and standing around doing nothing. I would say this is the best job i've had so far.....
1) No heavy workload
2) Measly pay, but still better than nothing
3) The people involved were friendly
4) I get to work with my classmates
And i will never forget the high class food they have. One would only get that kind of food at chinese wedding dinner.
But the difference is that at the wedding dinner, it's course by course, while the grand lunch i had was a buffet. Obviously there would be a variety of food i can take at one go. It was so good that i even dare commented that it was so heavenly. Probably 'cuz i hadn't attended any wedding dinners in a while...
